3RP Regional Refugee and Resilience Plan

The Regional Refugee and Resilience Plan for Syria brings together the plans developed under the leadership of national authorities – namely, the Arab Republic of Egypt, the Republic of Iraq, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, the Lebanese Republic, and the Republic of Turkey – to ensure protection, humanitarian assistance and strengthened resilience.

Child Protection Working Group

Established in 2007 by the Interagency Standing Committee (IASC) as part of the cluster approach, Child Protection is an Area of Responsibility under the global Protection Cluster. The Education Cluster brings together NGOs, UN agencies, academics, and other partners under the shared goal of ensuring predictable, well coordinated and equitable provision of education for populations affected by humanitarian crises.


Humanitarian Response Portal

Humanitarian Response is provided by UN OCHA to support humanitarian operations globally to support efficient, effective, and coordinated humanitarian response through the sharing of operational information. It is the place where the disaster response community can share, find, and collaborate on information to inform strategic decisions. The portal is intended for persons deployed to respond to complex emergencies and disasters.


International Network for Education in Emergencies

INEE is a network of more than 14,000 individual members and 130 partner organizations in 190 countries.
