Donors are key partners in the No Lost Generation initiative. In addition to providing 0.7bn USD to support No Lost Generation programming in 2017, the international donor community continued to push for key policy changes in No Lost Generation countries which would benefit children and young people affected by the Syria and Iraq crises – such as improvements to national education systems, strengthening child protection measures and improving livelihoods opportunities for the most vulnerable families.
